Newbridge College Rewards System

We received a fantastic response to our newly introduced Rewards System on VSware last year. Positive points are awarded to students on the VSware system to acknowledge positive contributions by students in school e.g., leadership, academic achievement, kindness, sustainability, improved work, etc. The Rewards System increases motivation and wellbeing. This ultimately translates into more effective learning. 

The Leaderboard rankings are communicated to students each Friday, so classes are notified of their points. We had the wonderful opportunity of gathering in our Achievement Assemblies with students to acknowledge and celebrate their achievements and successes termly. We have also linked the points system to our annual awards on Awards Evening.

This year Gold, Silver and Bronze Certificates of Achievement will be posted home to parents/guardians once a student receives 50 points, 75 points and 100 points respectively. This will be done on a termly basis.

The Rewards System promotes and rewards positive behaviours for learning across our College and creates a positive learning environment for all.
